On-Line Ordering Instructions

 

*You may Print the Order Instructions or leave this browser window open to view on your screen.

 

To Place An Order:

  1. Login with your Company, Username and Password.  *Have you forgotten your login information?  Email Customer Service: WebSales@kyocera.com to obtain account information.

 

  1. Click the Browse Catalog link on the left menu.  You may also search for products by Part Number or Description.  Follow the Search Instructions on the lower left menu.

 

  1. Click a Category and a Sub-Category to view all product part numbers and descriptions.

 

  1. Once you find the part number, click Picture/Detail to see product details.  *Depending on your account level you may or may not see pricing and availability.  Click Add To Cart to add the item to your Shopping Cart.  *Add the item once.  You can change quantities at the next step (if so desired).  Repeat steps 1 –2 until you have added one of each part number you want to order.

 

  1. Click Shopping Cart on left menu to view shopping cart contents and adjust quantities for all part numbers. You may change the name of your shopping cart by typing a new name in the Cart Name field.  Carts are saved for 7 days and then are deleted from the system.  You can keep a cart alive by clicking the “Click here to keep the current cart alive” link.  Click the Delete link to remove an item from your cart. *Note it is important that you click on the [Click Here to Update] button to save any quantity changes before you delete an item.  Otherwise the quantity change will not take place and the default value of “1” will be entered.

 

  1. Click the [Click Here to Update] button to save changes. You MUST update before proceeding to Check Out to ensure all changes made in this screen are saved.

 

  1. Click the [Click Here To Place Your Order] link to enter your payment method and Ship-To information. 

*Note:  If you are a Kyocera Associate please enter your first name and last name in the P.O. field.

 

  1. Click [Submit Order].  View or Print your order confirmation.
